Nice hotel, but crowded
The room was very spacious. The bed was super comfortable. The bathroom was nice with the large shower cabin. Overall, very stylish and pleasant for 6 days stay. The view from the pool was magnificent.
We were on the 9th floor, so the view was facing the maintenance floor. The infinite pool was full of Indians with their mad children, all worn in their street cloths. The lift was without AC and suffocated having around 10 people inside. The traffic at the hotel entrance was always crowded and noisy with the taxis coming in and out and with the guy whistling trying to organize them. A tip for the future guests is to use the "Grab" application for every taxi engagement instead of asking the guys at the desk in front on the hotel.

Generally I enjoyed my stay
The size of the suite and compartments, location near metro and not far from KLCC and two two stations from Bukit Bintang, a main shopping area
There were no wine, champagne and whisky glasses or face towels. One set of lifts is uninstalled
